Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services and products offered by 't Braboke, including but not limited to serving food and drinks in our restaurant and takeaway meals. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

If you book a table at our restaurant, we ask you to arrive on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your booking time, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and give the table to other guests. We also reserve the right to cancel your booking if you do not show up without letting us know in advance.

Payments

We accept several payment methods, including cash, debit cards and credit cards. Payment is due at the time of purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations

If you are not happy with your meal, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to solve the problem.

Liability

We are not liable for any damage or injury arising from the use of our services, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. Nor are we liable for any damage or injury arising from the consumption of our food or drinks, except in the case of intent or gross negligence.

Intellectual property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos and trademarks, is the property of 't Braboke or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our express permission.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will let you know by updating the date at the top of these terms. We recommend that you check these terms regularly for changes.
